About the desk
CFO Sentinel is a financial-intelligence desk from FIA Labs. It turns a question and a file into a board-ready record. Facts are separated from assumptions, cash is separated from EBITDA, and the jurisdiction is named. Human judgment remains the authority.
It is built for institutional work: founders and CFOs, boards and investment committees, PE and VC firms, family offices and corporate development. Matter kinds cover FP&A, valuation, M&A, PE/LBO, venture, IPO, accounting, tax and structuring, distress, capital structure and strategy.

Included credits reset with the billing month. Packs don't expire. FIA Plan is the house seat for the suite: 1,000 credits each period, usable on any shipped FIA Labs desk, with Federation included. It is an alternative to a single-desk seat, not an extra charge on top.
What runs cost
A short Ask usually costs about 1 credit and a short Review about 4. A long, worked answer costs more: around 6 credits for an Ask and 7 for a Review. Before a run, the desk places a hold (about 17 credits for a short Ask, 30 for a Review and 68 for a Deep Review, and more for a bigger file). You are charged for what the run used, never more than the hold, and the rest is released.
Limits we hold ourselves to
The desk is not a licensed auditor, tax agent, solicitor or regulated adviser. Statute-level conclusions are marked Requires Local Validation. It isn't a trading terminal and doesn't give retail stock tips.
Federation and FIA Briefs
On an FIA Plan seat, the desk shows FEDERATION ACTIVATED in green under the desk mark. You can send an FIA Brief to another shipped desk, such as LIA Pro on a facility agreement or ExecMind on a decision memo, and read the reply. An FIA Brief is a short export you compose: the question, the conclusion you're willing to show, and the caution. Without an FIA Plan, the label shows FEDERATION INACTIVE in grey, and sending a Brief stays locked. Operator, Counsel and Chambers don't include Federation.

What does it cost to try?
Create an account and confirm your email, and 150 free credits land with no card. Work is paid in credits.
What files can I attach?
PDF, Word, Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV, text and common image formats.
Is a stopped run charged?
No. Stop ends a run on the server, and a stopped run isn't charged.
Is it an audit or a tax opinion?
No. It is decision support, not an audit, tax opinion, legal opinion or regulated investment recommendation.
What is Federation?
The layer that lets one practitioner use the FIA Labs desks as a house without merging files. You send an FIA Brief, a packet you authorise, and read the reply. Nothing else is shared.
