How CFO Sentinel works
CFO Sentinel is a desk, not a chat window. You put a file on it, ask a question the file can answer, and leave with a written record. Here is the path, step by step.
1. Put the pack on the desk
Open a matter. Choose the matter kind: FP&A, valuation, M&A, PE/LBO, venture, IPO, accounting, tax and structuring, distress, capital structure or strategy. Attach what you have: the model, the board paper, the trial balance, or the note you have to answer. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text and images are accepted.
The desk doesn't invent the number that isn't in the file.
2. Ask one bounded question
Cash or EBITDA? How much covenant headroom is there? What will the buyer contest?
Ask answers one bounded question. In Conservative it stays inside the file. In Research it may name relevant frameworks, marked as inference so you can tell them apart from what the file shows.
3. Review when the pack must be ranked
Review reads the file and its exhibits. Classifications, capital implications, jurisdiction, risk and confidence sit on separate lines. Missing inputs stay missing and appear on a required-data list.
4. Deep Review for the paper that leaves the room
For the board report, the board pack or the irreversible call. Deep Review runs two independent workings, then settles them into one answer. Where they differ, it decides, and any doubt that remains is stated once. The record runs from executive summary through next steps. It is a record, not a chat.

Credits
Work is paid in credits. A short Ask usually costs about 1 credit and a short Review about 4. Before a run, the desk holds enough to cover it, and you are charged only for what the run used. Stop ends a run on the server, and a stopped run isn't charged.
Working with other FIA Labs desks
On an FIA Plan seat, Federation is on. When a matter needs another discipline, such as LIA Pro on legal exposure or ExecMind on the decision, you send an FIA Brief: a short packet you compose with the question, the conclusion you're willing to show and the caution. You read the reply on the receiving desk. Conversations, uploads and the matter file are never shared.
Questions
What is the difference between Review and Deep Review?
Review ranks the file's issues on separate lines. Deep Review runs two independent workings and settles them into one record for a paper that leaves the room.
What is a matter?
A workspace for one piece of work. Files, questions and records stay on that matter.
What does a run cost?
A short Ask usually costs about 1 credit and a short Review about 4. A long, worked answer costs more: around 6 credits for an Ask and 7 for a Review. Before a run, the desk holds enough credits to cover it, and you are charged only for what the run used. A stopped run is not charged. New accounts get 150 free credits with no card.
